About Richard Israel

Richard is first and foremost a proud husband and a father to two beautiful girls. His first great love was food and wine, which led him to become a restauranteur for a short time, fulfilling one of his childhood dreams. His second passion is for traveling, which has brought him to 31 countries and 42 U.S. states. Some of Richard's most fond past-times are of his family gathered in the kitchen recreating recipes from their adventures abroad.


Professionally, Richard has more than 20 years of experience as a sales and marketing leader in the enterprise and SMB spaces with a proven record of scaling and sustaining revenue targets. He specializes in helping teams formulate and execute strategies that build partnerships, acquire the right customers, drive performance, and accelerate growth.


He led a seven-year run where his teams exceeded quota 27 out of 28 quarters. Those same teams lead and inspired more than one million businesses in marketing services education – an unparalleled achievement. He once single-handedly signed up more than 100 marketing agency partners in under 90 days for a client!


When asked about his favorite all-time sales achievement he fondly brings up the time his manager handed him the Yahoo contract renewal for $30k ARR and within 18 months he grew that into a multi-year, $$ multi-million dollar client. Then on the final day of the quarter, he brought in an additional half-million dollar$ in ARR to finish as the top producer and was rewarded with an all-expense paid trip (with his wife) to the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
