Richard is first and foremost a proud husband and a father to two beautiful girls. His first great love was food and wine, which led him to become a restauranteur for a short time, fulfilling one of his childhood dreams. His second passion is for traveling, which has brought him to 34 countries, 42 U.S. states and 5 Canadian territories. Some of Richard's most fond past-times are of his family gathered in the kitchen recreating recipes from their adventures abroad.
Professionally, Richard has more than 20 years of experience as a channel sales and marketing leader in the MarTech and SMB spaces with a proven record of scaling and sustaining revenue targets. He specializes in helping teams formulate and execute strategies that build partnerships, acquire the right customers, drive performance, and accelerate growth.
He led a seven-year run where his teams exceeded quota 27 out of 28 quarters. Those same teams lead and inspired more than one million businesses in marketing services education – an unparalleled achievement. In total, the channels he has helped create and optimize have in the aggregate accounted for over a billion dollars in LTV.
